The MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE actor’s biographer IAIN JOHNSTONE was shocked when he went to London zoo to meet Cruise for the first time, and found him in the company of SARAH FERGUSON, DUCHESS OF YORK and her daughters PRINCESS BEATRICE and PRINCESS EUGENIE.
He recalls, "He was with Sarah Ferguson and the princesses. He’s won over our royal family and was best friends with Princess Diana. But he kept it quiet."
