CHURCH FAILS TO IMPRESS PARKINSON

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 9:39 am

British talk show veteran MICHAEL PARKINSON has hit out at CHARLOTTE CHURCH’s new chat show - insisting her producer should "have a word with her".
The former child soprano launched THE CHARLOTTE CHURCH SHOW last week, but Parkinson, 71, is less than impressed, arguing that the Welsh singer is not mature enough to successfully handle such a show.
He says, "I saw the new show and I think if I was her producer I would have a word with her.
"Here all the presenters have to be young and I don’t think you have the same results.
"The girl has a sense of humour. She need not swear so much, she need not remind us all the time that she’s Welsh.
"Nonetheless there’s something here that could work."
