Rachel Weisz’s fiancé wanted her sex scene with Hugh Jackman in their new movie to be even steamier.
The Oscar-winning actress stars opposite Jackman in ‘The Fountain’, directed by her fiancé Darren Aronofsky.
Aronofsky admits he had no problem seeing his real-life lover locked in a steamy bathroom clinch with the hunky ‘X-Men’ actor.
He said: "I’m a pervert so I had no issue with it. I enjoy shooting sex scenes very much. She’s an actress, he’s an actor. It’s mostly make believe, and when you shout cut it’s over." Aronofsky was so determined to make the scene raunchier that he ordered Weisz to take off Jackman’s trousers, however, the scene was eventually cut from the film.
Weisz insists she was okay with her fiancé watching her romp with another man.
She said: "I think it’s wonderful that this film is so different. I would love to work with Darren again."
