BEYONCE KNOWLES celebrated her 25th birthday a day late yesterday (05SEP06) when she was presented with a lookalike cake during an appearance on MTV show TOTAL REQUEST LIVE.
TRL dedicated the entire show to the former DESTINY’S CHILD star and ended the programme on a sweet note - with a pink champagne cake that featured candied images of Knowles with flowing locks and hoop earrings made from chocolate and icing.
The thrilled singer said, “That’s so cute… I love it.” The surprise was topped off by the TRL audience singing HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the pop superstar.
