Lost luggage

Posted in: Bizzare Stories — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 10:50 am

A British man’s luggage was crushed by binmen after he left it on the pavement outside his house.
Phil Newbon had his mobile phone, clothes, digital camera, duty free and even gifts for his friends and family destroyed. He estimates the total value lost to be £1,600.
Newbon said: “I only left my bags there while I chatted to a pal after getting a lift back from the airport.
“Then they were gone and everything was being smashed to pieces. The council told me people often leave suitcases out for collection.
“But I doubt they have luggage inside, tags still attached and a bag of hand luggage and duty-free next to them.” Newbon is seeking compensation.
