www.researchandmarkets.com - Research and Markets (www.researchandmarkets.com/research/a8ae63/enterprise_mobilit) has announced the addition of the "Enterprise Mobility Forecasts: Highlights" report to their offering.
The enterprise mobility market forecasts have been revised to reflect stronger growth than expected, particularly in mobile computer connections. We believe that growth will increase over the next few years.
In this
year's forecast we have combined our enterprise wireless forecasts with our datacard forecasts. We have renamed our datacard forecasts to mobile computer connections.
Whilst growth in enterprise wireless connections has remained steady, we have not seen as steep a reduction in voice ARPU as expected. The reduction in roaming tariffs has been offset by increased usage, so we have reduced the voice ARPU decline in our forecasts.
We have seen a faster decline in data tariffs than expected. Service providers have reduced data tariffs to encourage uptake of applications which have so far failed to attract significant usage. -0- Key Topics Covered: Table of contents About our latest forecasts Summary Enterprise mobility connections Strong demand for mobile computer connections Enterprise mobility revenues Enterprise mobility revenues grow 11% in next five years Table of figures Figure 1 Total enterprise mobility connections forecast for the world 2007-2012 Figure 2 World enterprise mobility connections split by business size 2007-2012 Figure 3 Regional enterprise mobility connections 2007-2012 Figure 4 Enterprise mobility revenues spilt by voice and data services Figure 5 Enterprise mobility revenues spilt by business size Figure 6 Enterprise wireless revenues by regions
