The ENSTOR family of companies will begin accepting binding bids for firm storage capacity at its Alberta, Caledonia, Freebird, Grama Ridge and Katy facilities starting on Sept. 16, 2009. All bids will be due by close of business on Sept. 30, 2009. Bids will be accepted on a facility-by-facility basis only, and all bids for capacity at any given facility will be subject to the tariff or statement of operating conditions set forth for that respective facility.
Long-term storage contracts with terms of one to five years will be available. “The timing of this open season will afford utilities and other energy companies the ability to take advantage of seasonal spreads, provide security of supplies, and monetize the incremental value of
volatile prices,” said Kay Atchison, ENSTOR's Director of Marketing.
Bids will be accepted for each of ENSTOR's five facilities in the open season, which serve markets from the Texas Gulf Coast to the Canadian Rockies, reaching markets from the Northeast to the West Coast. These facilities are strategically located to serve market areas impacted by production from new shale plays, and to serve consuming markets to the Southeast, East Coast, Midwest, and the West.
Bids may be placed online beginning Sept. 16, 2009 through the ENSTOR website ( www.enstorinc.com :

).
All bids will be subject to credit approval, and some facilities will require potential bidders to execute a service agreement prior to bidding. Instructions for each facility are provided at the site.
The facilities accepting bids are.
· Alberta Hub: Strategically located in central Alberta on TransCanada's NGTL System, Alberta has indirect access to markets in the U.S. Northeast, U.S. Midwest, Pacific Northwest, California and Canada.
· Caledonia: Located in Lowndes County, Mississippi, Caledonia is interconnected with Tennessee Gas Pipeline on its 500 Leg in Zone 1, and is located in an area traversed by numerous new and existing interstate pipelines which access the prolific Barnett, Woodford and Haynesville shale production areas.
Additionally, this pipeline serves markets in the Northeast, Southeast and Ohio Valley regions. This is an excellent location to service electric power generation and natural gas distribution markets, giving customers access to firm and interruptible storage opportunities.
· Freebird: Located in Lamar County, Alabama, 110 miles east of Birmingham, Freebird is located on Tennessee Gas Pipeline's 500 line in Zone 1. Like Caledonia, it is strategically located to take advantage of the new production delivered into the region as well to serve various types of markets in the Southeast, Ohio Valley and Northeast.
· Katy Storage Hub: With interconnections to 14 interstate and intrastate pipelines, Katy is located in Fort Bend County, Texas, at the crossroads between the Texas intrastate and long haul interstate pipelines serving the East Coast, Gulf Coast and Midwest markets. This facility also serves as a header system providing wheeling services to customers in this area.
· Grama Ridge: This southeast New Mexico facility, located in Lea County, is interconnected with the El Paso pipeline in the Keystone pooling area and with Raptor Pipeline, an intrastate facility.
