Mr. Weissman, the founder and Executive Editor of the Washington G-2 Reports, is one of the nation's leading experts in the clinical diagnostic laboratory and pathology sectors. At England & Company, he will provide strategic advice as the firm expands its activity in the health care industry. Recently, England & Company has completed several transactions in the laboratory industry, including the recapitalizations of Pathology, Inc. and DCL Medical Laboratories, and the acquisition of DrugScan, Inc.
and DSI Medical Laboratories.

Dennis Weissman is one of the nation's leading experts in the clinical diagnostic laboratory and pathology sectors. Mr. Weissman was the founder of the Washington G-2 Reports, a leading national news and information company serving the clinical diagnostic industry, and he continues to serve as the company's Executive Editor.



Prior to forming the Washington G-2 Reports, Mr. Weissman headed the Washington Office for the American Society for Medical Technology (now ASCLS) and prior to that served as Special Assistant to the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Health in the Department of Health, Education & Welfare. After completing a tour of duty with the U.S. Army at the Pentagon where he worked in White House and congressional liaison, Mr. Weissman began his first civilian position in the nation's capital as a government affairs executive with the American Optometric Association.

Mr. Weissman received his BA in Political Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his MS degree in Counseling and Higher Education Administration from Indiana University at Bloomington. He serves on the Board of Directors of the National Cervical Cancer Coalition and is a member of the Health Advisory Committee, School of Business Administration at Marymount University.
