EnerVest Appoints Alison Whiteley Vice President - Institutional Acquisitions and Engineering

- EnerVest, Ltd., ("EnerVest") today announced the appointment of Alison Whiteley, P.E., as Vice President - Institutional Acquisitions and Engineering within the Acquisitions and Divestitures Department.

Prior to joining EnerVest Whiteley served as Managing Director, Engineering and Planning, at Dominion E&P. In her career at Dominion, EOG Resources, Chevron USA and Tenneco Oil, Whiteley served in a variety of

roles of growing responsibility in operations, business development, engineering and planning.

"Alison is an outstanding addition to our A&D team," said John B. Walker, EnerVest president and CEO. "As we continue to evaluate larger acquisition opportunities, Alison's leadership skills will be vital to our success."

Whiteley earned her B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Marietta College, and was graduated summa cum laude with a M.B.A. from the University of Houston.
