A new member has added to the successful Stamp series by taskit: the new CoM (Computer-on-Module) StampA5D36 with Cortex-A5 core.
As with all Stamp modules a small energy consumption is typical which can be lowered down to 30 mW additionally.
Further advantage: a small footprint of 53,6 x 42 x 6 mm only, hosting a 528 MHz processor, memory capacities of minimum 256 MB LPDDRAM and 256 MB Flash and a interface range of 2 x Ethernet (10/100 und 10/100/1000), RS232, USB, CAN, ADC, SPI, I²C and LCD/TFT.
Moreover exclusive enhanced features for data security and cloning prevention are implemented.
With Embedded Linux a full-fledged OS and its additional wide choice of programming languages and ready-to-use applications offers a full peripheral support.
For developer a

starterkit for immediate beginning is available.
Customer specific configurations and development complete the service around the StampA5D36.

The CoM series 'Stamp' was launched by taskit in 2009 as an innovation and promptly decorated as poduct of the year by the readers of the technical magazine 'Electronic'.
