Ekornes ASA will announce its preliminary financial results
for 2012, 14 February 2013.

In connection with the announcement of its preliminary
financial results for 2011, Ekornes will be holding a
presentation 15 February 2013.

The presentation will take place at 8 am, 15 February
at Hotel Continental, Stortingsgt. 24/26, Oslo.

The presentation will be given by CEO Nils-Fredrik Drabløs
and CFO Robert Svendsen.

A live webcast of the presentation in Norwegian, with a
simultaneous English translation, will be available online from
Ekornes ASA`s website: www.ekornes.com.

The Oslo Stock Exchange will be notified of the company`s
preliminary results immediately after the board's approval on
14 February 2013.
