EAGiL Life Settlements, LLC Is Granted A Life Settlement Provider License In Ohio

Woodcliff Lake, NJ - October 26, 2009 -- Guy E. Runyon, President and CEO of Eagil Life Settlements, LLC, announced today that Eagil has been approved as a Life Settlement Provider in the state of Ohio. "We are excited to add the great state of Ohio as another regulated state where we can purchase life insurance policies," Runyon exclaimed.

Runyon, who is a former Ohio resident added, "I have such fond memories of my years spent in Ohio. So on a personal note, I am delighted to report that with this approval we can now begin to implement Phase I of our Ohio expansion plans. We expect to
