An Australian pub is set to be investigated after hiring a half-naked dwarf to walk on the bar while giving out free shots to customers. The Saint pub in Melbourne recruited the man as part of their promotion for the spirit Jagermeister.
As the dwarf strode the length of the bar he poured free shots of the sticky black aperitif down punters' throats.
A spokeswoman for Liquor Licensing Victoria, a government agency, said it was an example of "serving alcohol irresponsibly".
Local MP, Martin Foley, said doling out booze for free was an "outrageous" and "offensive" example of Australia's growing binge-drinking culture.
