Greenwood Village, Colo. - December 19, 2012 - DuPage County, Ill., selected
Ciber to manage its implementation of Infor enterprise resource planning (ERP)
software. Ciber will replace the county's aging legacy applications with four
Infor solutions: Infor Lawson Financials, Infor Enwisen Talent Management, Infor
Enwisen Human Resource Management and Infor Lawson Supply Chain Management for
Public Sector. By consolidating functions and improving efficiencies with the
new ERP system, the county expects to save taxpayers $9 million over 20 years.

DuPage County's current system comprises disparate applications that offer
minimal reporting capabilities and have been difficult and expensive for the
county to maintain. The Ciber implementation of the new Infor software will
allow the county to more efficiently and cost-effectively direct
vital activities, such as tracking its more than 2,300 employees and managing important financial and procurement functions. "We selected Ciber to guide the implementation process because of the company's clear ability to implement ERP software for large government projects," said Brian Krajewski, chairman, DuPage County Technology Committee. "We also appreciated Ciber's expertise with change management and its strong focus on project governance. These characteristics gave us the assurance that Ciber would get the job done, and would get it done right." "DuPage County realized its current system was no longer meeting its basic operating requirements and it could better serve citizens with a new system," said Beth Dvoracek, Ciber's senior Infor practice director. "The county wanted a reliable, simple and cost-effective ERP system, which is why we recommended the use of the Infor ERP solution. It is well suited for local governments, because it is not overly complex or expensive, yet it provides the rich functionality DuPage County needs." Ciber has successfully assisted hundreds of public sector organizations of varying sizes and worked with all 50 states. The company has more than 30 years of experience helping government organizations achieve their IT-related business goals. Ciber's relationship with Infor dates back to 1995. As one of Infor's largest systems integration partners, Ciber's Infor experts have enhanced client systems capabilities through more than 2 million consulting hours.
