Greenwood Village, Colo. - December 19, 2012 - DuPage County, Ill., selected
Ciber to manage its implementation of Infor enterprise resource planning (ERP)
software. Ciber will replace the county's aging legacy applications with four
Infor solutions: Infor Lawson Financials, Infor Enwisen Talent Management, Infor
Enwisen Human Resource Management and Infor Lawson Supply Chain Management for
Public Sector. By consolidating functions and improving efficiencies with the
new ERP system, the county expects to save taxpayers $9 million over 20 years.
DuPage County's current system comprises disparate applications that offer
minimal reporting capabilities and have been difficult and expensive for the
county to maintain. The Ciber implementation of the new Infor software will
allow the county to more efficiently and cost-effectively direct
vital
activities, such as tracking its more than 2,300 employees and managing
important financial and procurement functions.
