SAN DIEGO, CA - (October 15, 2008) - In response to the changing business climate and growing anti-corporate sentiment within the industry, San Diego Broker and owner Drew Burks of Dream Design Realty (ddR) saw an opportunity in the marketplace to eradicate the commission split structure that so often leaves real estate agents disgruntled and disenchanted and developed a unique $6,000 annual commission cap model that allows agents the freedom to retain 100% of their commissions. When Burks opened
