Dr. Kiernan is the CEO of Kiernan Group Holdings : cts.businesswire.com/ct/CT?id=smartlink&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww .. , an

international consulting firm. She previously served as the Assistant Director for the Office of Strategic Intelligence and Information for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, where she was responsible for the design and implementation of an intelligence-led organizational strategy to mine and disseminate data related to explosives, firearms and illegal tobacco diversion, the traditional and non-traditional tools of terrorism.

She currently serves as Chairman of the Board for InfraGard National Members Alliance, which was started by the FBI as an alliance between the Bureau and its 26,000 FBI-vetted members.
