DR JEFF SOFTWARE™, a developer of PC apps, today announces release of its CHANNEL 88™ PC app software product. Dr Jeff's third product joins the Stock Market Modeler and Stock Tracker, released in 2009.

Does anyone really know what channel number that show is on? 25 or 624? Does that come in Hi-def (HD), and if so, what channel number is that? Do I get that channel (have I subscribed to it)? Which "ESPN" or "HBO" channel variant is that on? Who can remember all that, especially for 100s of channels and 100s of shows?

CHANNEL 88™ is "Your Best TV Channel Finder" -- a fitting companion to a TV's own guide. The PC app searches for both SD and

HD channel numbers for any TV station or show. It is quicker and easier to use than any TV set-top's own search feature because PCs have a full keyboard. Check boxes are supplied for tracking subscribed channels. And, users can display and print out copies of their "favorites" list to keep handy.

CHANNEL 88™ includes a separate database of 225 TV shows (at release); and it comes with a unique database per TV provider, including these at product launch.

The rest of the provider databases will be released later.
