(NYSE:DEI), a real estate investment trust (REIT), announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.1875 per share, which will be paid on January 15, 2009 to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2008. On an annualized basis, this dividend represents $0.75 per common share.
