Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE:DCI), today announced it will host a live Webcast of its first quarter fiscal 2010 earnings conference call on Thursday, November 19, 2009, at 10 a.m. CT (11:00 a.m. ET). The company will issue a post-market earnings announcement on November 18.

Bill Cook, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Tom VerHage, Vice President and

Chief Financial Officer, will recap the first quarter and update the outlook for the balance of fiscal 2010.
