  Vice President, Col. John Armstrong (US Army, Retired), presented at the San
 Antonio Military Medical Contracting Industry Summit held on January 15 - 17.

Colonel Armstrong addressed the importance of large and small businesses
partnering to successfully capture procurements with the US Government and why
these partnerships are mutually beneficial for all parties.

Armstrong remarked: "It was an honor to participate at the San Antonio Military
Medical Contracting Industry Summit alongside such distinguished current and

conducted a "capability matching" session on the final day of the conference to
