- Digital Media Group AG announced today that it has commenced trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange Open Market under the trading symbol DMR. The Company partnered with Renell Wertpapierhandelsbank, a prominent Listing Partner and Specialist Firm, to obtain the listing.

venue for the trading of our Company is now available."

Digital Media Group AG is a Basel, Switzerland based holding company that is in the process of launching a global social network and operates an affiliate marketing division under the Vortexity brand name that provides worldwide travel related products and services.
