The data reveals that out of total searches recorded for DHA Lahore plots during 2012, more than 8 percent searches were made for DHA Phase 8 Lahore. The percentage indicates that hundreds of potential investors are looking for
plots in DHA phase 8 on Zameen.com. In the beginning of year, the search volume percentage for DHA phase 8 plots was 7.61%, which kept on increasing throughout the year.
The values dropped to 6.64% and 6.78% during the months of July and August, respectively because the holy month of Ramadan was observed during these two months in 2012. A slower activity is usually noticed during this month so the decrease in search volume can be denoted with this fact. The sale price continued to rise throughout 2012 but a sudden drop in value was witnessed during the months of September and October when the real estate activity was slower overall in the region.
The average price for 1 kanal residential plot in the 2nd quarter was Rs 7,458,625, which led to a magnificent beginning of 3rd quarter for DHA phase 8. In the month of July, the average price for 1 kanal plot in phase 8 was Rs 7,372,078 which increased to Rs 8,416,154 in the proceeding month. However, a slight drop down was noticed in the months of September and October when the average prices were Rs 8,083,537 and Rs 8,095,266, respectively. Average sales prices for 1 kanal plots in DHA phase 8 made a stellar comeback when the value touched to Rs 81,400,00 and further by the end of year, the average prices reached at the highest peak with the value of Rs 8,511,852.
Giving comments on the outstanding performance of 1 kanal plots for sale in DHA phase 8 Lahore, Nafees Bhati, an expert at Zameen.com said, “DHA phase 8 registered a terrific performance throughout 2012 and it is expected that a similar trend will be observed in the upcoming years as well. It will continue to attract large numbers of property investors in Lahore real estate sector.”
