2007-05-30 11:02:46 - The Debtcc community published the second round results of the Blog Hunt Contest on the 16th May, 2007. The contest which has been organized for financial bloggers, witnessed greater participation and competition compared to the previous round.

The second Blog Hunt contest organized by the Debtcc has been going on successfully for a month. The new plans and strategies developed for the contest boosted the participants and as a result many have even joined the Debtcc community. The huge figure of 600 blogs and the daily submission of 30 blogs reflect the increasing number of participants involved

in the blog Hunt. Among those who took part, Fedupinpa topped the second round with 57 points followed by Siegfried and John Roth.

Some of the community members are of the opinion that, 'The new look of DebtCC Blog Hunt along with its high prize money may surpass all other blogging contests-. However, many feel that the introduction of the new Voting Metrics has been affective in bringing new bloggers into the contest.

The Voting Metrics has been developed in order to make sure that the voting process remains fair. This has added to the popularity of the contest. Besides, participant bloggers like Supermom_in_ny and a few others have already started writing about the Blog Hunt in their own blogs.

Simon, the Customer Care Representative at Debtcc community, who's currently managing the Blog Hunt added, 'The next idea is to start off with a Blog Magazine on different financial issues.- Hopefully it will add on to the popularity of the Blog Hunt contest.
