DealerTrack Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: TRAK) today announced that it will release its second quarter 2009 financial results after the market closes on August 6, 2009. A conference call will be hosted by Mark F.

O’Neil, chairman and chief executive officer, and Eric Jacobs, senior vice president, chief financial and administrative officer, that evening beginning at 5:00 p.m.
