- McGlinchey Stafford PLLC announced today that David Halpern, Jill Gautreaux, Cara E. Hall, Michael Tifft and Mohamed "Ali" Shahlaei have joined the firm's growing New Orleans office. The addition of this dynamic team of attorneys both expands the firm's ability to serve the legal needs of the business community and bolsters the firm's more than 190 attorneys in eight

With deep roots in the New Orleans business community, David Halpern and his team bring a broad spectrum of experience in administrative law, national liquor licensing law, zoning and land use, commercial transactions and merger and acquisition work. The integration of this experience into McGlinchey Stafford's business focus results in greater depth and breadth for clients of both groups.
