Jeya Prada, the evergreen Indian actress charms once again her fans globally.

Jaya Prada first acted with Kamal Haasan in 1979 film "Ninaithale Inikkum", a Tamil feature film directed by India's one of the finest film directors K. Balachander. The film follows lead actor Kamal Hassan who plays a singer and his band on a tour to Singapore. Over there Kamal meets his love interest (played by Jaya Pradha), only to find that she is terminally ill. The film ends on a tragic note with the Jeya Prada's demise.

The songs of the film were very popular, and are still remembered by the Tamil and many Indian audience for decades and some even shed tears when they hear the songs remembering the tragic end of Jaya Prada.

But after a long

time they have part took in Dasavatharam that also in the musical interest where Kamal acts as a Punjabi pop singer and Jaya Prada as his wife.

Interestingly the scenes in the "Ninaithale Inikkum" filmed around Singapore, while the scenes in "Dasavatharam" were shot at a lobby of a prominent Malaysian Airport, two South Asian neighbouring destinations and the true reincarnations really happened after twenty eight years.

It is very interesting to note how Jaya Prada entered into the Indian film industry when she was just fourteen years old. She gave a dance performance at her school. A film director was in audience and he offered her a three-minute musical number in the Telugu film Bhoomi Kosam. She was hesitant but her family encouraged her to accept it. The rushes of those three minutes of film was shown to the major figures of the Telugu film industry, and the floodgates opened. Big-name directors approached her with starring roles in quality projects and she accepted them.

In the coming years, she earned fans, not just with the masses, but also with the great Indian Director Satyajit Ray, who has said she was one of the prettiest women in the world.
