Cytori Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: CYTX) will release and host a webcast to discuss its third quarter financial results on Monday, November 9, 2009 at 10:30 AM Eastern Time. The webcast will be available both live and by replay two hours after the call on the Company’s website, under “Webcasts” on the Investor Relations page ( ir.cytoritx.com : ).

Prior to

the webcast at approximately 7:00 AM Eastern Time on November 9, Cytori will post a shareholder letter to its Investor Relations homepage, which will review Cytori’s third quarter performance, provide an update on commercialization activities and discuss recent developments.
