( CybeRelease, April 26, 2007 ) - Lake Harmony, PA - Clinicares Inc. (OTC PK: CCRC) announced today the appointment of Mr. James Songmoon Hong as Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
Mr. Hong's experience includes Director of Legal Affairs and Global Marketing at Biosys (which manufactures and sells medical appliances and equipment), Legal Affairs Director at Samhwa Networks,
Legal Affairs and Global Marketing Director at KPNL and General Manager of its DNA examination center.
Mr. Hong's future vision of the company is summarized below.
Clinicares plans to sell its functional beauty products, Microneedle, CTS (Clinicares Treatment Solution), and related health products in the Korea, North America and Southeast Asia markets. After approval (imminent) of the beauty and food products by Korea's Food and Drug Administration, the company plans to increase its sales through Korean home shopping, dermatologists, cosmetic surgeries, skin care centers and the B2C market.
In addition, Clinicares plans to sell its DNA gene products and expertise in China (Clinicares is currently negotiating the details of this venture with the Chinese Officials). In this regard, Mr. Hong, the new CEO of Clinicares, has related experience and knowledge with DNA genes and is in a position to expand this business for the Company. The marketing strategy for the DNA gene business is to concentrate on wealthy people provided by the prevention of diseases, applications in the medical science-forecasting field, and applications in personalized cosmetic products. Clinicares expects significant sales in China, Korea, North America and Southeast Asia markets through this specialized DNA gene marketing strategy.
Clinicares and its new CEO, James Songmoon Hong, are forging ahead with its plans to establish a new laboratory to expand the DNA Gene business in the world markets.
