This new release empowers FileNet P8 4.5 customers using the JBoss Application Server to protect their P8 investment and facilitate compliance by ensuring the continuous integrity, recoverability and accessibility of repository information.
CYA SmartRecovery, also available for IBM FileNet P8 3.5 and 4.0, is an application-aware solution that complements existing backup technologies by providing hot, synchronized backups and granular recovery of FileNet P8 repository information. This ensures data integrity, helps meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs), and safeguards against logical failures by enabling one, several, or thousands of objects to be restored back into the repository in their original state without taking P8 offline. It also works seamlessly with traditional backup solutions such as IBM Tivoli Storage Manager, EMC NetWorker and Symantec Veritas NetBackup to reduce data loss windows to just 15 minutes in the event of a disaster.
