TOM CRUISE is planning to reignite his fiancee KATIE HOLMES' career following the recent birth of their first child together (18APR06), by co-starring in a movie with her.

The actor, who famously made the ill-fated 1999 explicit drama EYES WIDE SHUT with his then wife NICOLE KIDMAN, is convinced a Hollywood collaboration would help maintain their romantic spark, while allowing them to successfully co-parent baby SURI.

He says, "I can't wait to do a movie with Kate. I don't think working together is a bad idea at all, a relationship can definitely work under that pressure if you like someone enough." (JB/WNTMI/SC)
