Led by Kim Ford, a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) with more than twelve years of experience, CresaPartners’ Pittsburgh team is dedicated to helping tenants navigate the complexities of local market conditions,

which defy national trends. Despite a sluggish economy, Pittsburgh’s vacancy rates still hover around 10 percent.



“Pittsburgh continues to be an anomaly in the commercial real estate market,” said Kim Ford, managing principal, CresaPartners Pittsburgh. “Unlike most markets, Pittsburgh’s rental and occupancy rates are on the rise. She is also the founding President of the Pittsburgh Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) chapter, a member of the United States Green Building Council and will serve on CresaPartners Strategic Advisory Board.
