COURTENEY COX is shocked by the effects age and motherhood have had on her body - but insists she'd never resort to surgery to preserve her looks Since giving birth to daughter COCO in June 2004, Cox has noticed profound changes, and she admits it's hard being a 40-something Hollywood mum.
The 42-year-old says, "There are huge changes to my body and face. It's hard not to be young." But she insists she has no plans to turn to cosmetic surgery to keep her looking young - because it doesn't work.
Cox explains, "I've yet to see anyone with a good facelift."
