On November 18th IDGLOBAL released the news of our Letter of Intent with G2 Petroleum, LLC of Midland Texas to acquire a Working Interest in the Diamond Springs Prospect located within the Wind River Basin, Wyoming. IDGLOBAL has since closed the transaction with G2 Petroleum, LLC and now owns a 10% working interest in the Diamond Springs Prospect located in the Wind River Basin, Wyoming.


IDGLOBAL anticipates the security market place to be stable during 2009 and will continue to attend annual key events.
