Prior to joining the CVI executive team, Joe was Senior Vice President of Sales for Workstream's worldwide sales division. In addition, Joe spent five years in Senior Level Sales Management positions at Kronos. At Kronos, he was Vice President of Global Sales for the Talent Management Division, responsible for Direct Sales, Field Marketing, Sales Operations and Pre-Sales Support.

Joe is a hands-on leader, ready to drive the continued success of Corporate Visions' Direct Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product Management and Strategic Business Partnerships. Joe studied Marketing at California State University, Hayward; earned a B.A. in Management from the University of Phoenix and has additional education from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, Joe played for the Seattle Seahawks as middle linebacker during the 1987 NFL season.
