Corel Corporation (NASDAQ:CREL; TSX:CRE) announced today that it had filed an amendment to its Solicitation/Recommendation Statement on Schedule 14D-9 and an amendment to its Transaction Statement on Schedule 13e-3 expanding, adding and clarifying certain disclosures (the “Amendments”). Corel’s recommendation that shareholders tender their shares pursuant to the tender offer commenced by Corel Holdings, L.P. is unchanged.
