The  Board  of  Directors  of  Copeinca  ASA  has  in  its  meeting  on February
19(th) 2013, discussed and approved the final annual accounts for 2012.

The  final  annual  accounts  do  not  differ significantly from the preliminary
figures  for 2012 published on February  13(th )2013. The EBITDA calculated from
the  audited accounts is USD 103.8 million for  the year, the same as the result
published in the Q4 2012 Results.
