February 4, 2014 – Boston, MA – ConstellationCK, one of the industry’s leading digital marketing agencies, today announced a plan to launch a second services organization in a strategic move that results in two independent and highly-focused agencies: one specializing in search and content marketing for owned and operated web properties that will retain the ConstellationCK name, and the other that will be comprised of the company’s current Facebook advertising services and performance marketing services to be known as OrionCKB.

Sanaz was previously with TARGUSinfo and was part of the team that built the company’s Interactive Markets division, which focused on delivering information services to lead generators, lead buyers and lead sellers in a variety of industries. The company sold for $650,000,000 to Neustar Inc. in November 2011. Under Sanaz’s direction TARGUSinfo became the education industry’s preferred provider of information services and analytics.
Brad Goldberg is also joining OrionCKB as VP of Advertising Operations. Brad has extensive knowledge and background in the world of online marketing and user acquisition. He has run Facebook campaigns for some of the biggest names in the gaming, ecommerce, and lead generation industries.
Prior to joining OrionCKB, Brad was one of the first employees at Nanigans where he helped grow the company from ten employees to 150 employees and into one of the top Facebook Strategic Preferred Marketing Developers in the industry. He was responsible for more than $10 million in annualized ad spend and ran campaigns in more than 100 countries worldwide.
