GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. - Apr. 11, 2013 - Ciber, Inc., a global consulting, IT
services and managed services company, today announced another collaboration
with ConnectYourCare, a leading provider of Consumer-Directed Healthcare (CDH)
account management solutions. This collaboration advances ConnectYourCare's
five-star-rated app, CYC Mobile, which simplifies the healthcare experience
while helping people manage their healthcare budgets. For this release,
ConnectYourCare leveraged Ciber's innovative mobile services to develop a
Windows Phone version of CYC Mobile.

The Windows version of the application now gives all users - no matter the phone
type - the ability to experience the convenience of managing account information
from their smartphones.  Ciber developed ConnectYourCare's first version of CYC
Mobile in 2011, and it was previously optimized for Android and iOS devices.

The CYC Mobile app, available in the iTunes Store,
Android Marketplace and now in the Windows Phone Store,  delivers account information for Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), and other tax-advantaged accounts administered by ConnectYourCare.  Users of the app can view account balances, important account alerts and claims, as well as submit new claims and upload receipts using the device's camera function. "We are constantly innovating to meet the needs of today's sophisticated and technologically savvy consumers," said Jamie Spriggs, ConnectYourCare president and CEO. "Now, no matter what type of phone our users have, they can conveniently access and manage their accounts with this helpful tool.  Ciber has done a great job keeping our solutions on the cutting-edge leveraging the latest technology and industry best practices." Ciber's dedicated healthcare team strives to develop solutions and services that accelerate the adoption of technology as an enterprise standard for engagement with the necessary components: enterprise mobile solutions, digital marketing frameworks, cloud platforms, business intelligence and analytic tools.  "We continue to focus on delivering exemplary services to our healthcare clients so that consumers can make better choices and manage their healthcare spend," said Jeffrey W. Smith, director of Ciber's Healthcare practice.
