Compensation of CEO Ilkka Hiidenheimo

Since August 2004 Mr. Ilkka Hiidenheimo, the founder and one of the major
shareholders of Stonesoft Corporation, has acted as a Chief Executive Officer
(CEO) of the Company. Pursuant to the now expired service terms Mr. Hiidenheimo
has committed not to receive any compensation for his duties until the company
is profitable.

As the fundamentals for the CEO's service agreement have changed, the Board of
Directors of Stonesoft Corporation and CEO Ilkka Hiidenheimo have negotiated and
agreed on the compensation. Pursuant to the revised CEO's service agreement Mr.
Hiidenheimo is entitled to an annual salary of EUR 252.000 when the target net
sales for the year 2013 is reached. The salary comprises of a fixed   and a
