Fleury has joined Command as Chief Executive Officer and will also serve as a member of the company's Board of Directors, subject to and upon his appointment to the Board by the existing Board members.
Mr. Fleury brings to Command thirty-nine years of experience in security and related services industries, including approximately 16 years of experience at Rentokil Initial Plc. where he held various CEO or executive roles. Prior to joining Rentokil Initial, Mr. Fleury held executive positions with Burns International, Wells Fargo Security and National Guardian Corporation.
