Colfax Names Lynn Clark Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources
Fulton, MD (January 11, 2013) -- Colfax Corporation ("Colfax") (NYSE: CFX), a
leading global manufacturer of gas- and fluid-handling and fabrication
technology products and services, today announced that Lynn Clark has been named
Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources effective January 13, 2013,
reporting to Steve Simms, President and CEO of Colfax. In this role Lynn will
be responsible for all areas of human resources including compensation and
benefits, talent acquisition and engagement as well as organization development
and succession management. Bill Rothenbach, who has been serving as Colfax's
Senior Vice President, Human Resources since April 2011, has been named Senior
Vice President, Human Resources for Colfax's fluid-handling business.
Lynn has over 30 years of human resources experience in a variety of industries
and geographies. Lynn began her career in sales and marketing with her last
role in business development at Drake Beam Morin Inc. Since then, Lynn has
successfully moved from large divisional roles at Fortune 500 companies like
Allied Signal, Lucent Technologies, and Bristol Myers Squibb to the Mead Johnson
Corporation where she served most recently as Senior Vice President, Global
Human Resources. Lynn has a bachelor of science in education and a master of
science in college student personnel from Bowling Green University in Ohio.
