Ex-Date: April 13, 2011Record Date: April 15, 2011Payable Date: April 29, 2011

The Fund has approximately $306 million in total assets, the net asset value was $18.51 per share and the market price was $16.35 as of April 5, 2011. Subject to market conditions, the Fund intends to distribute subsequent regular quarterly cash distributions.

Chuck Clough, founder of Clough Capital Partners and portfolio manager for the Fund notes, “Investment Opportunities abound for 2011 on two fronts.

We believe the greatest values persist among high quality companies which generate high levels of free cash flow, selling at very modest price-earnings ratios and opportunities within Asia and Latin America, as they should remain the world’s growth engines.”

A portion of the distribution may be treated as paid from sources other than net income, including but not limited to short-term capital gain, long-term capital gain and return of capital. The final determination of the source of all distributions in 2011, including the percentage of qualified dividend income, will be made after year-end.
