Clockwork Home Services, Inc. (Clockwork) announced at its recent annual Congress meeting of the franchisees of One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating®, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing® and Mister Sparky America’s On-time Electrician®, that franchisees will now have the opportunity to elect a new President for each of the Company’s franchise brands.

These newly elected Presidents will each serve a two-year term beginning in January 2010. Candidates for these positions will be nominated from existing successful franchisees of each brand. Tab Hunter who had been the President of Franchise Operations for Clockwork will be available to assist the Company in a consulting role.

“When we looked at the criteria we felt a president needed, it only made sense to elevate a successful franchisee to

The new Presidents will lead three brands that have become highly successful in a short period of time.

- One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating has 270 franchises as of September 30, 2009 and is ranked #163 among the nation’s top 500 franchises for 2009, according to Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500®.


- Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has 253 franchises as of September 30, 2009 and is ranked #140 among the nation’s top 500 franchises for 2009, according to Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500®.


- Mister Sparky America’s On-time Electrician has 90 franchises as of September 30, 2009 and is ranked #387 among the nation’s top 500 franchises for 2009, according to Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500®.
