Clearswift, the UK-based security firm, announces that it is enabling its partner community to deliver Clearswift Web and Email Appliances as cloud-based managed services to their customers.

Traditionally deployed on the enterprise boundary, Clearswift Web Appliance and Clearswift Email Appliance offer inbound/outbound content scanning, compliancy checks (GLBA, HIPPA, SEC & SOX), inbound threat protection and integrated data loss prevention. All of

these features are managed from a single policy management console resulting in performance and efficiency savings when compared to competitive solutions.

Following Clearswift’s successful launch of their first managed service agreement : with Portuguese Telco, ONI Communications, select Clearswift Catalyst Partners will be certified to provide and support Clearswift solutions as a managed service that combines security, flexibility and scale to their customers.
