), a leading provider of professional technical and business solutions to the federal government, today announced that it has hired Jason Hannah to manage the company’s growing portfolio of Justice and law enforcement programs.
Hannah brings more than 25 years of management experience to Citizant, including a decade of leadership at Northrop Grumman on programs for the Departments of Justice and Homeland Security (DOJ and DHS), the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
He has led development of more than 50 proposal and capture efforts, ranging from $300,000 to more than $3 billion.
Initially, Hannah will be responsible for managing Justice programs for the company, including mission-critical modernization programs at ATF and
multiple engagements across the extended law enforcement market.
“Jason brings a unique blend of business and management experience, deep technical expertise, and customer relationship success that will bolster Citizant’s reputation as a trusted partner in mission success for the homeland protection and extended law enforcement communities,” said Raymond Roberts, CEO of Citizant. “He has successfully managed large programs and task-order based contract vehicles and understands a range of technical systems and business solutions, including case management, business process re-engineering, and Web modernization of legacy programs.”
Hannah joins Citizant after 10 years as a manager of increasingly large and complex initiatives at Northrop Grumman, including overseeing a multi-year classified program for the DOJ’s National Security Division, serving as senior program manager on the DOJ’s ITSS-III IDIQ, and managing the Customer Operations Service and Support program and other activities for the IRS. Prior to Northrop Grumman, Hannah worked on IRS programs for Network Resources, Inc., including the Commissioner’s Modernization Project. He also previously served in IT and telecommunications management roles at the National Geographic Society.
Hannah earned a bachelor’s degree from Rocky Mountain College. He is a certified Program Management Professional (PMP) and holds memberships in the Project Management Institute (PMI), the Armed Forces Communications Engineers Association (AFCEA), the Association for Information and Image Management (AIIM).
