Citi Appointed New Depositary for Delhaize Group's NYSE-Listed ADR Program

Citi announced today that it has been appointed by Delhaize Group ("Delhaize"), a leading international food retailer based in Belgium, as the successor depositary bank for its American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program.


Delhaize Group's ADRs currently trade on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the symbol DEG (CUSIP: 29759W101). The company's ordinary shares trade on Euronext Brussels

under the symbol DELB. Each ADR represents one ordinary share.
