GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. - July 2, 2013 - Brian Haskett, a former partner and
executive with IBM Global Services, is stepping into the role of vice president
and practice director for Ciber's application development and maintenance
organization. Haskett will lead more than 1,500 consultants and developers in
business development, project execution and service delivery.
Along with serving as a partner, Haskett's IBM roles included delivery director
and sales executive. Among his accomplishments, Haskett secured contracts worth
hundreds of millions of dollars and earned a reputation for providing high-
quality service that cements client loyalty.
Prior to joining Ciber, Haskett was vice president at CA Technologies, a Fortune
500 company and the world's largest independent IT management software company.
There, he engineered
business transformation affecting 13,000 employees, 60
product lines, nine business units and all corporate functions. Through
Haskett's efforts, the company dramatically increased effectiveness of decision-
making, streamlined organizational structures, implemented long-range strategic
planning methodologies and adopted portfolio management best practices to
support quick response to changing market conditions.

Haskett holds an MBA in IT Management from the University of Dallas Graduate
School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the
University of Texas at Austin. He also is an IBM-Confirmed Project Executive, an
IBM-Certified Executive Project Manager, a Certified Project Management
Professional (PMP) trained by the Project Management Institute, and he is ITIL
