Church & Dwight Co., Inc. (NYSE:CHD), manufacturer of ARM & HAMMER ® consumer and specialty products, today reported that the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of fourteen cents ($0.14) per share.

This quarterly dividend will be payable December 1, 2009 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 9, 2009. It is the Company’s 435 th regular consecutive quarterly dividend.
