www.nextfinancial.com - Chris Mueller, an eighteen year veteran in the financial services industry, joins NEXT Financial Group, Inc. as the new Senior Vice President/Director of Operations. NEXT, six-time Broker/Dealer of the Year award-winner, has grown to nearly 1000 registered representatives nationwide. Subsequently, the home office operations department has grown to keep up with the pace. Mueller, former Head of Finance and Risk Operations for the AIG Advisor Group, has the expertise in taking on this NEXT challenge.

In the mid 1990's, Mueller worked as Senior VP of Marketing at Advantage Capital Corporation. It was here he developed relationships with the future founders, representatives and office staff of NEXT Financial Group, Inc. "I believe that it is the firm's culture and quality people that make it successful. NEXT has been able to deliver both of those to its representatives and I wanted to be a part of positioning NEXT for its continued growth and position as an industry leading Broker/Dealer," Chris tells us.

Chris Mueller, a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BBA in finance, has five securities licenses and holds his CFA designation. He is a member of the CFA Institute and Houston Society of Financial Analysts.

Mr. Mueller resides in Sugar Land, Texas with his wife Lourdes and three children: Christopher Jr. (10), Luis (8) and Marisa (4).
