CHARLOTTE,  N.C. - February 20, 2013 - Chiquita  Brands (NYSE: CQB) will release
its fourth quarter and full year 2012 financial results on March 11, 2013, after
the  market closes and  will host a  conference call at  4:30 p.m. EST that day.
